Thank you for shopping with NanoPix. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Availability

NanoPix currently ships within Hawaii (inter-island only).

We do not currently offer shipping to the U.S. mainland or international locations.
U.S. mainland shipping will be available soon.

2. Processing Time

All NanoPix products are custom-made using your uploaded photos.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary slightly during high order volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

3. Shipping Times (Hawaii Orders Only)

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Inter-island Hawaii: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Location

All orders are processed and shipped from Kauai and Oʻahu, Hawaii, USA.

5. Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, NanoPix is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other external factors.

We will always do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

NanoPix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
