At NanoPix, each product is custom-made using your personal photos. Because of this, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Custom photo magnets

  • Personalized orders

  • Display boards or add-ons once shipped

  • Orders made with customer-submitted images

 
2. Order Issues & Errors

We take quality very seriously. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

We may request photos of the item to verify the issue.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of the products.

 
4. Lost or Delayed Orders

NanoPix is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

 
5. Photo Quality Responsibility

Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality images.

We are not responsible for:

  • Blurry or low-resolution prints caused by poor image quality

  • Cropped or improperly formatted images uploaded by the customer

We print images exactly as provided.
