2. Products & Custom Orders

Our products are custom-made using images provided by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own the rights or have permission to use any images you upload

• You understand that custom products are made specifically for you

We are not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-submitted images.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements. Estimated production times will be displayed at checkout or on product pages.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier services.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personalized photo magnets

• Custom display boards

• Items made using customer-uploaded images

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.

7. User Content

By uploading images or content, you grant NanoPix permission to use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We do not use customer images for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit permission.

8. Data Retention (Photo Storage)

Uploaded photos are stored securely for order fulfillment purposes only. NanoPix retains customer-uploaded images for a period of up to 30 days after the order has been fulfilled, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.

Customers are responsible for keeping copies of their original images. We are not responsible for loss of uploaded files after the retention period.

9. Pricing

All prices are listed in the US dollar and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

NanoPix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
